Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 10 days of purchase. Requests made after 10 days will not be considered.  

Return Procedure

If you choose to return an item, please email us at return@sherriwingarddesigns.comfor specific information on where to mail the package, and how to properly package the item for return shipping. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. You may also want to consider using a trackable shipping service. 

Any item that is being returned, must be unused and in its original condition.  There are no exceptions to this policy.

Once your return is received, it will be inspected for any damage. We will notify you via email that your order was received and if your refund request is approved within five days of receipt. If approved, you will receive a credit in the same form as your original payment: credit card, check, PayPal, etc., minus the shipping fee. For information about refunds to a third-party credit card, contact your financial institution.  It typically takes 7 – 10 days to post to your account from the day the credit was processed. If we are unable to process a credit to your credit card (expired, invalid or closed accounts), we will provide you with a credit for future purchases. 

Exceptions 

Refunds will not be given for any personalized custom orders. This includes custom sized orders and custom design orders. 

Refunds will not be given for any sale items.

Please note that we are unable to accept a returned order from anyone other than the original purchaser.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item due to defect or damage.
